The Shop
The CPAGA Shop is part of the John Gray Centre and provides a wide range of goods, from composts and fertilisers to gardening equipment and from herbicides and insecticides to bird food, all at highly competitive prices. As well as packeted seeds, we also sell seed potatoes, onion sets and shallots in Spring and onions sets, shallots and garlic in the Autumn. Suttons' and Kings' seeds can be ordered at significantly discounted prices by CPAGA members.
Opening hours
Sundays, 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
From the first Sunday in February to the first Sunday in December inclusive.
Refreshments
Refreshments are available when the Shop is open. Those new to growing vegetables and fruit will find that advice is readily available over a cup of tea or coffee.
Staffing
A small group of CPAGA members staff the Shop and provide refreshments on a 5 to 6 week rota. If you would like to help in the Shop or with refreshments (a good way to get to know people), please let us know via the Shop or by email.
